Use of Services & Content Originality
American Book Works provides publishing, content, and related services. We are committed to delivering original work. All content created by us is produced to be free of plagiarism; upon request we can provide a plagiarism report to verify originality.
SMS Terms of Service
- Program: By opting in, you agree to receive transactional and/or promotional SMS messages related to your account, orders, offers, or other relevant updates.
- Consent: Opting in (via website forms, landing pages, or other channels) constitutes your consent to receive automated text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: Message frequency will vary with your account activity. (Optional estimate may be shown where applicable.)
- Opt-out & Help: Text STOP to unsubscribe. Text HELP or contact us for assistance. After texting STOP you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Message and data rates may apply.
- Carriers: Delivery may be affected by carrier performance; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Ownership & Rights
Upon final delivery and completion of your order, ownership of the delivered content transfers to you. You may publish, reproduce, and distribute the content without attribution to American Book Works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Image Use & Copyright
We do not knowingly use copyrighted images without permission. When we recommend images, we will provide source links for your review; it is your responsibility to secure any required licenses for third-party images you choose to use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Book Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our website or services, including but not limited to reputational loss, business interruption, or virus-related damage. You are responsible for reviewing delivered work before publication.
Refunds & Revisions
- Revisions: You are entitled to up to three (3) complimentary revisions after delivery. Provide clear feedback to initiate revisions.
- Partial Refunds: If, after revisions, you remain dissatisfied, you may request a 50% refund. We will evaluate the request and evidence of quality concerns prior to issuing a partial refund.
- Full Refunds: In exceptional cases where work is found to be substandard after review, a full refund may be issued at our discretion following evaluation by our quality team.
- Change-of-Mind: Refunds for change of mind are not available. Contact support to discuss options before work begins to avoid disputes.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after posting indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
